Arabica coffee and a lot of other intriguing information about coffee is thoroughly covered in a site I just found called coffeeresearch.org.

In the section on arabica coffee, for example,the site explains the differences between abrabica coffee beans and robusta coffee beans. Also discussed, with photographs, are: coffee plant growth and development; the coffee plant root system; and coffee leaves.
